5-Star Heating and Cooling, Inc. is a female owned corporation. Tiffani Tobias, President, started 5-Star Heating and Cooling, Inc. with her husband James to raise the bar in HVAC service, sales and installation. Tiff's favorite saying is "We can't sleep until our clients are comfortable!"

Tiff's background includes years of experience with Evenflo and Mead Paper Products in sales support, customer service and office administration. Tiff's day-to-day activities include office administration, pricing, marketing, scheduling and customer service.

James Tobias, Vice-President, heads up the technical side of the business. He has been in the HVAC trade since 1982. James joined Airtron of Dayton in 1982 and held several positions including shop worker, installer, field supervisor, production coordinator and sales manager. When James left Airtron he was the Vice President of the Dayton division and was responsible for all areas of the business.
